These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Arna Trade (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the SafeFlow VPN mobile application (the “App”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By installing, accessing, or using the SafeFlow VPN App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the SafeFlow VPN App and must uninstall it immediately from your device.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at our discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Agreement

1.1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Arna Trade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

(a) download and install one copy of the SafeFlow VPN application on each mobile device that you own or control; and

(b) use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use the SafeFlow VPN service as provided by Arna Trade.

1.2. License Restrictions

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

(a) license, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or commercially host the App for any purpose;

(b) copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Any updates, new features, or enhancements to the App are also subject to these Terms. You must not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) contained within the App.

1.3. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for your use of the SafeFlow VPN App and must ensure that such use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

1.4. Changes to the App

Arna Trade reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without liability to you. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.

1.5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The SafeFlow VPN App is licensed, not sold, to you. Arna Trade and its licensors exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all associated intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

The “Arna Trade” and “SafeFlow VPN” names, logos, and all related product and service names are trademarks of Arna Trade. You are granted no right or license to use them. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Arna Trade.

2. User-Generated Content & Conduct

2.1. User Responsibility

“You Content” refers to any data, text, or communications you submit, distribute, or post through the App. You retain ownership of Your Content but are solely responsible for its nature and the consequences of its submission. This includes ensuring it does not lead to your identification or that of others in an unauthorized manner.

Arna Trade has no obligation to store, retain, or back up Your Content. It may be permanently deleted at any time. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any data you consider important.

2.2. License You Grant to Us

By submitting Your Content, you grant Arna Trade a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, use, distribute, modify, and publicly display Your Content. This license is strictly for the limited purpose of operating, improving, and providing the SafeFlow VPN service. You affirm that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license for any Content you submit.

2.3. Feedback

Any unsolicited feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding SafeFlow VPN (“Feedback”) is acknowledged as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant Arna Trade an unlimited, perpetual right to use this Feedback for any business purpose without any obligation to compensate you. Please refrain from submitting any information you wish to keep confidential.

2.4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the SafeFlow VPN App to create, upload, or transmit any Content, or to use the service in any manner, that:

(a) infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

(b) is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or intentionally misleading.

(c) constitutes harassment, abuse, or threats against others.

(d) is designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system, server, or network (e.g., distributing malware, initiating DDoS attacks).

(e) involves the unauthorized collection of information from other users.

(f) interferes with the integrity or performance of the App or its underlying infrastructure.

2.5. Enforcement

Arna Trade reserves the right (but has no obligation) to investigate and take appropriate legal action, including removing any User Content and/or suspending or terminating your access to the App, if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Term and Termination

3.1. Agreement Duration

These Terms become effective upon your acceptance—by creating an account, installing, or using the SafeFlow VPN App—and remain in force until terminated by either you or Arna Trade in accordance with these provisions.

3.2. Retroactive Application

Your use of any Arna Trade applications prior to formally accepting these Terms indicates your agreement to be bound by them retroactively from the date of your first use.

3.3. Termination by Arna Trade

Arna Trade may suspend or terminate your access to the SafeFlow VPN App and/or this Agreement at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the service, or our operations. This includes, specifically, terminating accounts of repeat copyright infringers.

3.4. Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately. You must discontinue all use of the App. Arna Trade may permanently delete Your Content and data associated with your account from its live systems and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of access or loss of data.

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arna Trade, its affiliates, and their respective suppliers and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

(i) your access to or use of the SafeFlow VPN App;

(ii) your User Content; or

(iii) your violation of these Terms.

Arna Trade reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, at your expense. You agree to cooperate in our defense of these claims. You may not settle any matter without the prior written consent of Arna Trade. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

5. Third-Party Services and Interactions

5.1. App Store Terms

The availability of the SafeFlow VPN App is dependent on the third-party digital platform from which you downloaded it (“App Store”). This Agreement is between you and Arna Trade, not the App Store. The App Store is not responsible for the App, including its maintenance, support, or any claims relating to it.

You agree to comply with all applicable App Store terms and policies, including payment of any associated fees. The App Store is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement with the right to enforce its terms against you.

5.2. Third-Party Services

The App may enable access to or interaction with third-party websites, services, or content (“Third-Party Services”). Your use of such services may involve sharing information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Arna Trade does not endorse or assume any responsibility for Third-Party Services. Your use of these services is solely at your own risk, and your interactions are governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policies.

5.3. Other Users

You may encounter content from other users when using our Services. Arna Trade does not endorse, control, or assume liability for any User Content. Your interactions with other users are solely between you and them. We are not obligated to mediate disputes arising from such interactions.

5.4. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release Arna Trade and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of Third-Party Services

• Your interactions with other users

• The actions of third-party advertisers

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. “As Is” Basis

The SafeFlow VPN application and all related services are provided by Arna Trade and its suppliers on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and security.

Arna Trade does not guarantee that the app will:

(A) Meet your specific requirements;

(B) Be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis; or

(C) Be accurate, reliable, current, or completely secure.

6.2. Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties. Therefore, the above exclusions may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights that cannot be disclaimed under the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Limitation on Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Arna Trade, its affiliates, or their suppliers be liable to you or any third party for:

– Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or enhanced damages

– Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill

– Damages relating to personal injury or property damage

Arising from or relating to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or your use of the SafeFlow VPN application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You access and use the SafeFlow VPN application at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device systems or loss of data that results from your use of the application.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Arna Trade’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the application shall not exceed the total amount of compensation you have actually paid to Arna Trade during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.2. Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your jurisdiction.

8. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the SafeFlow VPN application, including any subscription fees or one-time payments for premium services. All fees are payable either to Arna Trade or to the third-party distributor (such as an App Store) from which you downloaded the App, as applicable.

9. General Provisions

9.1. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms through our Services. For existing users, continued use of SafeFlow VPN following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this Agreement periodically and maintaining a copy for your records.

9.2. Notices

9.3. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to achieve its original intent and purpose.

9.4. Complete Agreement

This Agreement, together with any incorporated documents, represents the entire understanding between you and Arna Trade regarding the SafeFlow VPN application, superseding all prior agreements and communications. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right. Section headings are for reference purposes only. The term “including” shall be interpreted as “including without limitation.” No agency or partnership relationship is created between you and Arna Trade. You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent. Arna Trade may assign this Agreement without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
